Andrew was great. Arrived earlier within the time frame and quickly diagnosed the problem with our dryer. The repair was done timely with Andrew doing a thorough job cleaning the inside and replacing the workout/broken parts. Price of service was reasonable with a 60 day guarantee. Andrew is certainly an asset to the company and we will call on him again if we have any future appliance issues.
